Cancellation
Policy:
There are no fees for cancellations made before May 1 for all seasonal
reservations. One week advance cancellation
notice is required for off-season reservations. 25% penalty or 1 day rent
(which ever is greater) will be charged for late cancellation or non arrival.
25% advance payment by check or cash is required for monthly and seasonal
reservations.
Min 2 days
reservation is required for weekendsšon season
Min 1 week reservation
required for cabinsš July-August. Min 2
days off-season
Holidays Rates add 20%. Min.
3 days required.
Pets are
allowed in A, B, C units. $30 cleaning surcharge for weekly, $100 for monthly
rental
